London Heathrow Airport

Challenge
ServiceTec required a trusted partner to undertake repairs on a wide range of airport IT equipment.

Solution
We provided configuration, staging and installation support on equipment such as ticket, boarding pass and baggage tag printers, barcode and gate readers, kiosks, touch screens and data gathering keyboards.

Eurostar

Challenge
Eurostar was required by the UK Home Office to implement a system that can supply details of passengers leaving the UK for "UK Exit Checks".

Solution
With our knowledge of biometric data capturing, we delivered a solution based on full page scanners to capture data from damaged or non-machine readable passports.
