Improving service and support increased IBT product sales
iBoardTouch were based in Leeds and required support for a large customer base located in the South of England. They had an innovative, market leading product (interactive touchscreen), however their after sales service and support for the South of England was not fulfilling its potential and led to loss of opportunities.
In order to meet IBT's requirements we implemented project teams in the South of England to support IBT's customers with installations of new equipment, maintenance of existing and assisting inservice calls. IBT's overall customer experience has improved, leading to many repeat orders (due to seamless installation and support), as well as new sales (due to their partnership allowing them for further geographical reach).
