Returns Policy
- Item must be returned within 7 days
- If item is faulty PKS will offer a replacement unit and dispatch within 24 hours of receiving the faulty item.
- If item is not as described PKS will offer a full refund for the Item or send a replacement item.
- You have the right to cancel your online order within 7 days, even when the item has been delivered.
- You may be asked to pay for the return postage.
