As part of the pks services' commitment to customer services, dedicated account engineers and proactive system escalations ensure that pks are within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). | Our tracking program ensures that records of all units repaired or calls carried out, remain on the system for 2 years. This enables us to monitor regularly reported faults and re-occuring units. It also enables us to plot a products exact status within the duration of its stay. pks services produce comprehensive reports for each client, detailing each unit recieved, fault logged, repair carried out, parts used and turnaround time. No additional costs will be included without the client's prior authorisation either by email or fax.
