Onsite Servicespks services Field Service Department specialise in emergency, same day, onsite printer maintenance and support. In today's fast paced business environment, pks services bring expertise, experience and efficiency to the market. We provide same-day services, 4 and 8 hour response, ad-hoc repairs, proactive preventative printer maintenance, provision of loan equipment and even on site spares, thereby providing a true value added service. We understand the importance of having printers in good working order so as to minimise downtime and inconvenience; depending on the contract selected we will even maintain an ‘On-Site Spares Kit’ including a fully tested replacement printer and spare parts. In addition to this, all our field engineers are equipped with essential spares and field replaceable units, to maximise a first time fix rate. Should the unit require returning to our workshop for repair, customers may also be entitled to a loan printer for the duration of the repair. One call to pks customer services and we can arrange for one of our highly experienced engineers to be despatched to site to diagnose and repair any printer related problem. When your call is logged on the pks services system a member of our team will make an initial problem diagnosis. This diagnosis report is emailed to your local Cover Engineer who is able to arrive on site with a tentative solution and hardware ready to fix the problem. Each call is tracked on our system and details of call closure and resolution are uploaded so that we have a detailed history on all repairs carried out. All pks services On Site repairs are covered by a 3 month warrantee. Should the original fault reoccur within that 3 months we would re-attend site at no extra cost. Preventative Printer Maintenance pks services offers a free on-site Printer Health Check on all your printers. On an agreed date we will despatch an Engineer who will inspect all of the printers on site. You will then be sent a report detailing the status of each printer and indicating any maintenance/parts that may be required in the near future. We can also provide you with a quote for a printer maintenance contract or a cost for ad-hoc repair. The pks services Printer Health Check enables our customers to plan for future expenditure, and for us to have correct and precise information about the equipment on-site, ensuring parts are always available and any possible replacement units are sourced. Proactive Maintenance Customers who wish to take out a printer maintenance contract with pks services will benefit from quarterly site visits by a qualified engineer who will inspect and service all the printers on site, proactively maintaining them to minimise future downtime.
