pks services limited is an established multi vendor repair company founded in 1998 to combine exceptional customer care and support with an efficient repair and maintenance service that was second to none. By consistently providing these, the company has become well known in the industry and has positioned itself as one of the Market leaders today.
Our main offices are based in Hanworth, Middlesex however we also have a branch in Cape town, South Africa. This was founded in 2003 and supplies parts and services to the printer, fuser and travel industry. Our core competency has been to offer the same quality, reliable and cost effective parts that we have sourced and tested from our UK operation.
pks services provide an end to end, rapid repair service for desk-top IT products and peripherals. These products include colour and mono laser printers, line and dot matrix printers, fuser units and maintenance kit supply and repair, travel systems repair and maintenance, kiosk / touch screen repair and conversion and legacy equipment refurbishment.
pks services not only deal with the repair and maintenance side to the industry, but can also offer a wide range of services in many other areas such as, design build and manufacture, voice and data cabling, brokerage, disposal and recycling and retail. As well as this we have expanded our product repair portfolio to touch screen monitors, keyboards and travel systems.
pks services prides itself on providing the best service possible for its clients. To that end we employ some of the most experienced engineers in the industry. Our custom built 12,000 ft facility together with state of the art communications and tracking systems ensure that we always meet the customer’s high standards with efficiency and precision.
Travel IT Solutions
pks services carry out the In Warranty repairs, and provide on site support services, on behalf of a number of specialist suppliers for their products deployed at airports and other sites.
